From Hearts for Homes: We are actively seeking individuals who can commit to volunteer on an ongoing basis. I have attached a list of positions where we need volunteers, as well as a brief description of each. I am asking that you prayerfully consider partnering with this very vital ministry by volunteering on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis. Remember that “many hands make light work.” If we can get a number of folks to volunteer regularly in each area, we will be able to accomplish so much more. We currently have about 50 projects in the scheduling phase, which seems overwhelming to me right now. However, split between 25-50 people, this reverts to a very manageable task. CAN YOU HELP VOLUNTEER IN OUR NURSE'S STATION AT ICCS?? Immaculate
Conception Catholic School needs volunteers for its clinic during school
hours 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dates and times are flexible between now and the
end of the school year. The work involves helping with minor scrapes
and bruises, calling parents when needed, and giving some encouragement.
Please call the school office at 381-1155. This would be a wonderful
volunteer opportunity for retired people or anyone who has a little time
to spare and who has a love for children. Make a difference!!
CRITICAL Need New Coordinator FOR MEALS-ON-WHEELS and
a back-up driver for Rte 6. Contact John Cantu at 940–566-1433.
VOLUNTEER NEEDED to help keep the new trees hand watered daily until they are

COORDINATORS NEEDED - We are looking for one coordinator of volunteers over the Formation
Ministries and one over the Administrative/Maintenance areas of ministry. Contact Mary

HELP WANTED: ALTAR SOCIETY BEREAVEMENT MEALS COMMITTEE - For the past number of years, we
have been operating under a rotating 3 team system, with approximately 35 ladies per team,
and soon we will be in need of another team leader for our ministry to continue as
efficiently as it has functioned for so long. Call Diana, 383-4710, if you are interested

We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator who would help organize and oversee this area
of Ministry for the parish. It is a volunteer position and is a key element for
"Stewardship as a Way of Life" goal in our parish. Contact Mary Garcia at

WE ARE IN GREAT NEED OF PARISHIONERS TO TAKE COMMUNION to those Catholics (both English and Spanish speaking) who are homebound and in nursing homes. Training is provided. PRO LIFE VOUNTEERS NEEDED!!! We need several women to become “Gabriel Angels”. If your charisma is motherhood, and helping women with crisis pregnancies, we need you! Also we need prayer warriors at the three abortion clinics in Ft. Worth. Our prayerful presence is not protest or confrontation! MORE COMMUNION MINISTERS are needed for the 5:00 p.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday Masses. Is this your ministry? Mr. Bob Lamarche will lead a training session in the future. Call or e-mail him at 940-387-4460 or renealamarche@charter.net to register for the session.
Vocation Ministry - Needed: Families or individuals to sign up for a weekend to take home the chalice to pray for vocations to the priesthood, the religious life, the deaconate, and married life. You will be given the chalice at the end of a mass, take it home for daily prayer time, and return it to the sacristy for the next person. Contact Stephanie Sayler at (940) 565-1770
Marriage Preparation –Needed:Sponsor Couples to meet with the engaged couples to
go over the results of their FOCCUS inventory and discuss life after the wedding. Here at
Immaculate Conception we are always seeking married couples who are willing to share their
experiences of married life with the engaged couples as Sponsor Couples. Contact
